We finally tried The Fremont Diner in Sonoma last week and loved it so much that we had to take Carlos back this past weekend to taste their tasty treats before we visited the pumpkin patch. We have passed this diner at least a hundred times on our way to Napa, but have never thought to stop. But when I read what Jenna from Hello, I Love You wrote about it, I knew that we had to try it. The Fremont Diner reminds me of Taylor’s Refresher (now Gott’s Roadside) except instead of a California twist to diner food, it’s a southern comfort food twist. They are only open for breakfast and lunch, but are definitely worth a stop if you are on your way out to Napa or Sonoma for some wine tasting. I highly recommend their Salted Caramel milkshake! Delicious! What makes it even tastier is that they get most of their ingredients from the farm behind them or from other local farmers! Enjoy!

Ah, that’s what you were talking about! This is a very cute place… and even though we just had a delicious massive burger, the chicken waffles look darn good! Great pictures as always!
