I was thrilled when I was asked by Westfield to be one of their Westfield Food Tastemakers. I’ve teamed up with Westfield and Mark Tennison from Cupola Pizzeria to create an exclusive dish that will be featured in a new Westfield food experience featuring restaurants from Westfield San Francisco Centre’s Restaurant Collection Under the Dome.
I was excited to work with Mark and Cupola, where they make handcrafted Neapolitan and farm fresh cuisine. They imported their Stefano Ferrara wood-burning pizza oven from Naples, Italy in able to be able to receive their restaurant’s certification from the Associazione Verace Pizza Napoletan. They emphasize local purveyors such as Dirty Girl Produce, County Line Farm and Happy Boy Farm.
Mark and I collaborated together to come up with an exclusive dish that will be featured in the new Westfield food experience and unveiled at their May 28th at their evening VIP Launch Event under the dome.
