When it comes to drugstore makeup products, I think that Wet n Wild makes some amazing eyeshadow palettes for under five dollars. I have most of their eyeshadow palettes and have always been impressed with the quality of the shadows. Especially when you pay so little. Their eyeshadow palettes come in eight, five and three pans. They are greater starter palettes for teenagers or anyone starting out with makeup since they carve out the words: Browbone, Crease, Definer, Eyelid & Base on the different eyeshadow colors so you know exactly which color to use where on your eye.
Wet n Wild just released a limited edition Silver Lake Collection which included a six pan palette. I purchased three of the five available palettes at RiteAid for $5.49 each. I bought California Roll, Thrift Store Chic and Vinyl Collection. I swatched all three palettes above and there are a couple that are a little glittery but I think you get at least four great shadows out of each palette. My favorite is the Vinyl Collection then Thrift Store Chic and then California Roll. I was unsure if I should buy the California Roll or not because I doubt I will wear the green shades, but I couldn’t resist that peach and pinkish red color.
What do you think? Do you like Wet n Wild eyeshadows? What is your favorite drugstore eyeshadow?
Cheers,
