My son is not a huge vegetable fan like my daughter. I am constantly trying to figure out ways to get veggies into him. I have heard nothing but good things about kale chips. I have heard that they don’t have a strong veggie taste but more like a crispy chip taste. I found my recipe for the baked kale chips from Smitten Kitchen. They were very easy to prepare and they were very tasty. I was ecstatic when Landon and Tatum both liked them. Plus, it helps me to get any extra veggies into my system for the baby! Enjoy!
