For those of you who have visited New Orleans recently (Mom 2.0 Summit) or in the past and have a serious craving for Cafe Du Monde‘s famous beignets, the mix is available at Cost Plus for $3.99. They usually carry it at Dean and Deluca too but I am pretty sure that they are more expensive. My Mom has been making them for us since we were little and they are just as delicious!
