My head has been spinning since I got back from Altitude Summit and I haven’t been able to slow down and focus on things. Sometimes I have to stop spinning around out of control and just remember to focus on the little things. These moments can be all to fleeting!

Love a baby sleeping. Nothing calms you more than seeing how peaceful they are. As for the head spinning, is it the Alt Summit or having three kids? I wasn’t there but my head is spinning all the time too. 🙂
