Okay, Lizzie Bermudez finally forced helped me put myself out there on YouTube. I have been talking about it for over a year now and just kept postponing making my first video. There are the usual nerves, then those pounds that I wanted to lose first, my worry over what kind of facial expressions I would make and then all the fears of really putting myself out there for everyone to see and judge. But what was great was that Lizzie came over last week, we shot it quickly on her iPhone and she made it a lot easier than I thought it would be. Are there a million things I want to tweak now that I see myself on video…YES! But it’s a learning process and I’m excited to grow and learn along the way. You did so well on video! I used to do YT videos a few years ago but I have to say the only reason I stopped is because I am so awkward on camera 🙁
