We went down to Union Square on Thursday night to check out the big Christmas tree and the department store windows. We knew that the forecast had rain for the next entire week, so we wanted to make sure to have an outing down there to check it out before the rain hit. After checking out the tree and windows we went up to Macy’s Christmas section (takes up half a floor) to pick out some special Christmas ornaments at 60% off. We bought four ornaments for $19. As you can see from one of the pictures, Landon found a Christmas tree in one of Macy’s big windows that didn’t have any ornaments on it and he took it upon himself to decorate it. It was really cute! Please forgive the graininess of the photos since I took them at night with my iPhone.
